This World Is MY Oyster!
We can't ALL have what we want. That would mean I would not get what I want, and I want what I want before others get what they want.
I will let them have what they need, but I will determine their need so their need doesn't conflict with my need to determine their need. This attitude may make me needy, however, I'm as needy as I need to be, nothing more, nothing less than what it takes to get my way, get others out of my way, and make MY way in the world.
Remember what they say, the world is MY oyster. They do not say it is your oyster. Many people mistake that statement as meaning it is everyone’s oyster, but that would be farfetched, indeed! The world is one person’s oyster, meaning mine, or it is no one’s oyster. It is this way simply because I want what I want, nothing more, nothing less. And I want this world to be my oyster, nothing more, nothing less.
Sadly, for you, once it is my oyster, you and everyone else will slide off its slippery carcass into some clambake in the sky… And I will have nothing more, nothing less than an oyster, and it will be a very BIG ONE at that, don’t ya know!*
